There was some sad news yesterday from Dakar.
“A cloud was cast over the event yesterday when Eric Aubijoux, who was lying 16th in the bike section, suffered a heart attack and died at the end of the stage.” (Eurosports.com)
Dakar is over. Stephane Peterhansel is the overall winner of 2007 Dakar Rally. Robby Gordon and Andy Grider did amazing this year. They finish today’s stage in 3rd, 8mins 8secs. Robby and Andy completed the Dakar Rally in 52hrs 57min 44 secs putting them 8th in overall standings. An awesome job done by them both. I hope this is just the beginning of a great year for Robby Gordon. Congrats, boys!!!
