I kind of like that title, although I do believe that the word “Uppity” should be reserved for Pastor-Goddess-Diva’s. But… oh well.

To each his own.

Ryan Newman is news again. I refuse to give any attention to this “Where he is going to go? Oh! It must be Stewart-Haas Racing” until I hear it from his or better yet, Krissie’s mouth. So there.

Ryan Newman narrows it down! 

Strike Joe Gibbs Racing from the list of potential employers for Ryan Newman. Newman’s name has been most prominently mentioned to land with Stewart-Haas Racing next season. Sources close to the situation said he also has had discussions with JGR, Richard Childress Racing and Gillett Evernham Motorsports. An RCR official said Friday that he expected Newman to go to Stewart, and JGR president J.D. Gibbs said Sunday it was unlikely the driver of Penske Racing’s No. 12 would join his Toyota team. A network website is reporting that a NASCAR source close to the situation told them that the deal and announcement could be made official within the month.Newman supposedly reached the agreement after Joe Gibbs Racing was unable to finalize a deal for sponsorship to start a fourth team. JGR president J.D. Gibbs confirmed on Sunday at Indianapolis that it was every unlikely that they could get sponsorship for both Newman and a forth team, making Newman a non-factor. “Another time, another day, maybe. He’s a great individual. You would love to have him on your team. It’s just all those ducks aren’t in a row.” Read more here!

The news is in, and Todd Morse says Daytona 500 winner Ryan Newman is racing with Stewart-Haas.

Tony Stewart’s future is looking brighter because of Joe Gibbs Racing’s inability to find sponsorship for a fourth team.  Thanks to that lack of sponsorship, Stewart’s new 2009 Stewart-Haas racing team now has a verbal agreement with top tier NASCAR driver and fellow Indianan, Ryan Newman.  Read more here!

Don’t Get too Excited Just Yet!

Don’t believe everything you read on the internet! There have been some recent articles posted that reporters have put out that sound factual.  However, Ryan has not verbally agreed to anything and is still working on his 2009 and future plans.  It is funny how much speculation has been going on about Ryan’s future.  Everyone will know when the deal is signed, the i’s are dotted and T’s are crossed.  Sorry to disappoint, just don’t want anyone to  jump to conclusions. 
On to other things.  This has been a week of controversy.  I don’t know how those celebs in LA handle all the false information and attention the media puts out there.  Don’t even get me started on Rusty Wallace!

NASCAR Rumors ~ Tony Stewart and Ryan Newman Duo to finally be confessed?

NASCAR has announced that Tony Stewart will be conducting a teleconferance at 2 PM today. Ryan Newman is also doing a CAM teleconference for NASCAR at 3 p.m. today.
Sounds like they are going to beat the press’s guess of an announcement on Friday at Indy.

I tend to get sick of writing real NASCAR news during Silly Season, so at The Church Tabernacle, we made up our own Silly Season rumor’s.

Here are a few. Spread them around and see how many become “true”. The names submitting the rumors are omitted to protect the guilty.

• Tony Stewart will decide to retire and start a retreat for head trauma patients with mood disorders.
• Kyle Busch pays 20 million dollars to jockey the Mars landing mission! Mission Control to shout “Yeee-hah!” instead of “Houston, we have liftoff.”
• Dale Earnhardt Jr will attempt to alienate his fans by declaring them “immature know-nothings.”
  That will backfire on him though, and will endear him to Jr Nation even more as they take it as acknowledgement and even a compliment.
• Hendrick Motorsports involved in scandal involving race cars that are within the Nascar rules and regulations.
• Casey Mears signs with Team Cialis, vowing to stay in the lead lap of races up to 4 hours long.
• Tstew will open a salon for back hair removal.
• Chevrolet Racing Division will withdraw support from NASCAR due to financial difficulties, but GM will start promoting its successful Daiwoo division in NASCAR. DEI and RCR will announce they will begin racing Daiwoos in 2010, and Rick Hendrick will collect from Honda what is due him from the bribes he paid them, and HMS will be racing Hondas in 2010.
• The #40 car will not go unused. It will be driven by Princess Danica.
• ESPN will see the error of their ways, dump Jayski along with Terry Blount plus David Newton with Marty Smith, and beg me to come on board. (** Guess who said that? )
• I’ll tell them to eff off and hire John Daly alongside Pamela Britton instead.
• Robby Gordon sells 51% of his team to Tony Stewart, thus forming Flash Smoke Racing Inc. After switching back to running Chevy’s, Tony takes over driving duties of the #7, sponsored by Home Depot & Jim Beam. Patrick Carpentier joins the team in the #14 Canadian Club car. RG, glad to be rid of the headaches of making day to day decisions for the team, becomes RCR’s fourth driver.
• Kyle and Kurt go off and form their own team….Team Busch. Can you just imagine the marketing for that one…LOL
• Due to his $20 million funding of the Mars landing mission, Kyle Busch is going to have to stop paying Samantha for the goods … you think he’s a prick on the track now, just wait.
• Princess Danika will become part owner, and drive #00000000000000oops1 car. They will bring in Chrissy Wallace to be the hand maiden and allow only women based sponsors, like Tampax, Kotex, Midol, and Cowgirl Creamery.
  The new team motto will be:
  Cowgirls keep thier calves loose to graze. …Or Cowgirls keep thier calves together.
  How cheesy.
• Let’s see … two bros in a Busch is better than one in the … tush?
• Danica HAS to drive the 00 car for Team Astroglide, with eyeballs or, alternately, n#$@#%$daubed in the O’s … Female drivers are forced to wear weighted fanny packs to race even with the lardasses they race against, and the motto: “Cowgirls keep their calves round the checkered flag!”
• Kyle Busch will open a charm school, and a driving etiquette class.
• “Just wait ’til you see the ‘Old Spice Girls’ next year at Daytona!”
• Warren Wallace was actually at the wheel of the RWR 64 at Daytona when he put cuzzin Mike into the wall on the last lap.

You’ve heard about people who have been abducted and had their kidneys removed by black-market organ thieves. Well, this kind of cruel theft is happening with other body parts as well!

My thighs were stolen from me during the night a few years ago. I went to sleep and woke up with someone else’s thighs. It was just that quick. The replacements had the texture of cooked oatmeal.

Whose thighs were these and what happened to mine? I spent the entire summer looking for my thighs. Finally, hurt and angry, I resigned myself to living out my life in jeans. And then the thieves struck
again.

My Butt was next. I knew it was the same gang, because they took pains to match my new rear end to the thighs they had stuck me with earlier. But my new butt was attached at least three inches lower than my original! I realized I’d have to give up my jeans in favor of long skirts.

Two years ago I realized my arms had been switched. One morning I was fixing my hair and was horrified to see the flesh of my upper arm move to and fro with the motion of the hairbrush. This was really getting scary – my body was being replaced one section at a time. What could they do to me next?

When my poor neck suddenly disappeared and was replaced with a turkey neck, I decided to tell my story. Women of the world, wake up and smell the coffee! Those “plastic”surgeons are using REAL replacement body parts-stolen from you and me! The next time someone you know has something “lifted”, look again – was it lifted from you?

P.S. Last year I thought someone had stolen my Boobs. I was lying in bed and they were gone! But when I jumped out of bed, I was relieved to see that they had just been hiding in my armpits as I slept.

Now I keep them hidden in my waistband.

We are running to our mine for a couple days and will be back on Friday eve. My daughter, HappyGrl (Harvick fan) will be coming to see us so we can have my youngest Grandson, Chase’s first birthday party at Grama’s. Yeah. ( This is how I see if my kids read my blog, they said no pics odf the kids on the internet without telling tham LOL!!)

Friday is also the anniversery of the “Great Clance’s pretends to be Robby Gordon Dakar Deer Creek Rally” disaster. Which means my ankle/leg is as good as it will ever get. At least I am walking. I can hike steep hills as long as I go backwards and I am working on the mountain bike. Driving is still an issue, as I can’t feel half my foot, but I manage for short distances and back roads. No traffic or freeways for me. I am grateful I have those abilities. Doc said if I had done it ten years ago I would have lost my foot.
I am very grateful I didn’t.

I watched Back in The Day today which featured the 1974 Daytona 500. I have the 1/24 scale diecast of the car Richard Petty drove that day. It’s one of my favorites. Iwas enjoying iut peacefully when, suddenly! Something caught my eye. It was the most wonderful car I had ever seen. I began to covet. I wanted it more than any car I have ever wanted or seen. Then I came to my senses and realized:

Chances are they will never make a diecast of the Safety Car in that race.

My dreams shall probably never come true.

Speaking of safety, I wish the media would stop showing the “David Reutiman,  knocked out and struggling in the hardest ever recorded hit in NASCAR” video. It makes me sick to my stomach. I do not believe that should be allowed. It bothered me a lot at the time and the more I think about it, the more I think that that kind of in car coverage should not be shown until after the driver has been thoroughly checked out and is known to be completely ok. He wasn’t. What if he had passed away from brain swelling suddenly the next day, or God forbid, have died minutes after…or during? How far will NASCAR let the media go? The in car viewing should be regulated. Fox showed the video from the cam way too fast and was very unsettling. Think about it. If that in car cam had been available when Dale Sr. was killed, would you want to see it? I doubt it, unless you are one sick psycho.

I don’t consider intelligent media to be anywhere any more, covering any subject. It’s all the same quality with different spins. Bad…sicko…psycho.

** Update on the limb…I am out of the wheelchair and sorta walking with some mechanical assistance and a new torture device to keep my ankle from being permanently facing forward, and keeping it from stiffening in an odd an interesting way. From behind, I am told I look like some kind of a creature trying to walk, instead of having that cute little ladylike duck walk I had before. Trust me it ain’t a perty site.
But I am healing beautifully. Doc says it will be good as it will ever get at the anniversery of the Great Event.
I am determined to walk with out a limp…and drive…etc…etc..Push! Push!

I am a freaking wonder! (not)

For those of you that are not aware of the Truth about Clance’…

I am wordpress challenged. HTML challenged…I wonder how bad I can mess the paint up on The Church. I managed to mess up the old Church building very well. I deleted an entire website accidentally once and I totally messed up my daughter and my Dale’s Infield Parking Spaces too.

I moved this over before I knew what I was doing (that cannot surprise anyone who knows me). I imported On a Quest at the same time and now it has become One with The Church. Evidently Blogger will only let you import once. Great. That means I have to do a whole bunch more sorting.

Dale and I are moving here to OR during the “NASCAR lull” between now and Vegas. We have recieved the blessing and growth opportunity of a 1075 acre ranch in the Burnt River Canyon area of OR, where we are mining. I am going to try to be consistent writing, but then again…you know me.
